WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GOODS?
If you place your order before 2PM (Monday - Friday) we will dispatch your order for the next working day. Orders made during the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatch on the first working day.

WHAT ARE YOUR TIME FOR DELIVERY?
We use either TNT or Action Express, both of these company deliver between the times of 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. 

WHY DO YOU MARK SOME ITEMS WITH THE YELLOW BULKY SIGN?
We group our products into two broad categories - bulky and non-bulky. All of the bulky items in our shop are clearly marked with the yellow and black "Bulky!" icon. This needs to be done because it costs a little bit more to ship bulky items, as they are either large or heavy (sometimes both). Bulky items tend to be sheet materials like our range of No More Ply or heavy tubs of grout or adhesive.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Our shipping charges are determined by two things - how much your order costs, and whether it contains bulky products or not. This is how we work it out:

  1. Orders containing no bulky products under 2kg £2.34 Royal Mail
  2. Orders containing no bulky products from 2kg to under 60kg is £11.94 TNT
  3. Orders containing bulky products  from 60kg  to under 100kg is £23.94 TNT
  4. Orders containing bulky products from 100kg upwards is £35.94 TNT
  5. Orders reaching the value of £175 including VAT and over -  FREE SHIPPING

There will be an additional delivery charge for certain areas of the UK, for example the Scottish Highlands and the Islands of UK mainland. This is because we are unable to cover these areas of the UK with a standard delivery charge.  Please email enquires@tilersmerchants.co.uk or alternitavely contact us on 01484 531374 for an exact quotation.

CAN I TRACK MY CONSIGNMENT?
We are currently unable to display order tracking online. However you are able to track your consignment if it is being sent via TNT by clicking on to www.tnt.com, once on the website click on track package and then enter your consignment number.  If your consignment is being sent by Action Express, please phone 0113 2711 339 and quote your tracking number.  The consignment number is issued with confirmation of order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU MAKE A DELIVERY?
The delivery person will leave a card with a telephone contact number on for you to ring and arrange a more convenient day and
time for your products to be delivered. Please note that all deliveries made to yourself require a signature. Customers can also state on their order that they would like their delivery left somewhere, i.e. with a neighbor, in a shed or somewhere undercover.  Both TNT and Action express will require a note leaving on your door with the clients signature.  The delivery company will endeavor to follow your instructions accurately.  NOTE: Goods left at the Customer's premises after following the specific instructions to leave the delivery without any physical presents of a signatory do this at the customer's own risk.

CAN I HAVE FREE DELIVERY ON MY ORDER?
We know you all like free delivery and we do offer it on orders over £175 for every customer.  The cost incurred to deliver products to you is very expensive.  In order that we may maintain a competitive pricing structure whilst providing a fast efficient service we do have to impose a charge on any order under the value of £175.

Please note that all components within your delivery consignment must be checked within 3 days of the receipt of your delivery.  If by any chance there is any discrepancy please notify tilersmerchant.co.uk immediately.
