- This policy governs the basis upon which we, Tilers Merchants Limited (company number 7152410), may offer you discounts if you have bought or if you intend to buy products as samples.
- If you wish to order any products as samples from us you will be entitled to do so by checking the box marked “sample” on your order form.
- You will buy the samples as you would any other type or quantity of product and subject to our main terms and conditions of sale, which can be read by following the link on our website’s home page. The price which you will pay for the samples will be the full price as published on our website from time to time. One you have bought any products, whether as samples or otherwise, they will become your property and you may not return them to us for reasons other than set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
- When you order any samples, we will send to you, by email, a unique discount code. If you place an order with us for products of the same type as any sample which you have purchased within 30 days of the purchase of such sample, you may use that discount code by typing it into your order form. The discount will be in the amount advised to you when we send you your discount code.
- You will not be eligible for this offer, or any discounts referred to in it, more than once in any 6 month period.
- The offer contained in this sample policy is non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom it was made.
- You may not use the discount code referred to in this policy in connection with any other discount, offer or promotion which we may offer or provide.
- We reserve the right, at any time, to withdraw, vary, cancel or revoke the terms of any discount offered to you by sending you an email in that regard to the email address which you provide to us.
