The Returns Process

Our website allows you to deal with your returned items quickly and efficiently. If you need to return an item you have purchased simply follow these steps to begin the process: 

Please note that in the unfortunate circumstance that your good arrive damaged. Please make sure that you state this as such on the transporters delivery note and inform tilersmerchants.co.uk  within 3 days of the goods being delivered as failure to do this may result in us being unable to refund you for the damaged goods.

  1. Firstly, determine the order date or reference number that contains the item you would like to return.
  2. Log in
  3. Click "Orders history" in your Mini Cart on the right hand side of your screen
  4. Use the search facility to locate the order
  5. Click the appropriate order in the resulting list
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Create Return Request" form
  7. Check the box of the product you would like to return
  8. Select the response for your return and add any comments you need
  9. Click "Create"

This will initiate the returns process and we will be in touch with you with further instructions.
