Thermonet Extra incorporates a single connection point for ease of design and installation.  Incorporates 100% earth sheath for enhanced protection and safety.  Very robust wire stitched to a fibreglass mesh for even output and ease of installation.  Supplied with a minimum of 3m connection lead.  Thermonet Extra is designed for use as a primary heat source in a room or for use less insulated environments such as conservatories.  Heatmats are easily cut and returned to suit the shape of a room and the cable can be released from the mesh for ultimate flexibility.  Heat output is 200w/m².

Thermostat options - there is a choice of two thermostats; the standard thermostat works purely by heat sensitivity (for full details click here) whilst the more sophisticated touchscreen thermostat incorporates a 7 day programmable timer.   (for full details click here) 

Insulated Backer Board - To increase the efficiency and overall heat output of the underfloor heating we reccommend you first overboard your floor with 10mm Beavaboard.  You can select the best square metreage for your floor.  Each board measures 1200 X 600mm (0.72m²).  For more information on Beavaboard click here.

Levelflex - As soon as you have laid your underfloor heating it is always best to protect it with screed.  This stops accidental damage before or during tiling and helps disperse the heat evenly over the floor.  It is essential if the underfloor heating is being used under softer floorings such as carpet, laminate or wood.  1 bag of Levelflex will cover 3m² at a depth of 4mm (enough to cover the matting).  For further information on Levelflex click here.
